THE PUSH BAND

I have been using various devices for measuring bar velocity and power since 1993 and PUSH is the best value for money one so far! Read on to see why you should get one! And get a discount when you purchase a Push band directly from trainwithpush.com and use this code: DANBAKER2020

Now the V2 version is here! It can be attached to the barbell to allow for seemless group training.  For example, three athletes training in a group for bench, squat, cleans, deadlifts etc.  can do set after set, straight after each other. All you have to do is press Start and Stop either on the device itself or on your phone/tablet.  It is so simple!

Now with the new V2 PUSH Band, everyone can assess bar velocity & power (or jumping height) to monitor training adaptations and make informed decisions regarding immediate or future training content rather than just rely simply on sets, reps and weight data! Check out the brief video at the bottom of the page to see it in action.

Velocity & power measurement no longer needs to be the domain of the high level Strength & Conditioning working in Pro & elite Olympic sports with big budgets!

Due to shipping and postage hassles related to COVID affecting supply chains, I am now directing buyers straight to the Push website for their purchases

The new Push V2 can be used in barbell mode via a small pouch with velcro tabs or body setting via the forearm strap (eg. for pull-ups). The barbell mode allows one Push device to be shared between training groups of three to four athletes. This really speeds up velocity measuring for team sports!

The Push band can now be used on the barbell for most exercises but if you still like to wear it on your forearm (eg. you may train in a public gym), that is still an option as well
